2. SERVER BASED PLAN

Cost per Server: $150

Features:

  • Unlimited tickets
  • 24/7 Shared Support Level 1 and Level 2 technical support
  • Support can be offered over phone, chat and email
  • Best suited for the situation where there is more number of domains per server and constant flow of tickets

  • Installing/Upgrading of software, updating patches
  • Configuration changes
  • Installing and upgrading of firewalls
  • Installing secure (SSL) certificates
  • Control panel upgrades

3. SHARED RESOURCE BASED PLAN

a) Unlimited Shared plan Level 1 Support

Monthly Charge : $425

  • Unlimited Level 1 tickets
  • 24/7 Shared Support

  • Best suited for situation where there is Consistent flow of  Level 1 tickets

b) Unlimited Shared plan Level 2 Support

Monthly Charge : $575

Features:

  • Unlimited Level 2 tickets
  • 24/7  Shared Support
  • Email and Chat support
  • Best suited for basic problem diagnosis and resolution and  situation where there is consistent flow of tickets

4.DEDICATED RESOURCE BASED PLAN

a) Unlimited Dedicated plan Level 1 Support

Monthly Charge: $875

  • Dedicated tech person will work for the client at a time
  • 24/7 Dedicated Level 1 Support
  • Unlimited tickets
  • Support over Phone, Chat and Email
  • Best suited for situations where there is good number of Level 1 tickets which needs immediate attention

b) Unlimited Dedicated plan Level 2 Support

Monthly Charge:  $1,150

  • 24/7 Dedicated Level 2 Support

  • Best suited for situations where there is good number of Level 2 tickets which needs immediate attention

5. HOURLY BASED PLAN

Hourly Rate : $20

  • Cost calculation will be on the basis of hourly efforts

  • Unlimited L1 and L2 tickets support

  • Best suited for situation where there is the chance of occurrence of the issue is less or unknown
