2. SERVER BASED PLAN
Cost per Server: $150

- Unlimited tickets
- 24/7 Shared Support Level 1 and Level 2 technical support
- Support can be offered over phone, chat and email
- Best suited for the situation where there is more number of domains per server and constant flow of tickets

- Installing/Upgrading of software, updating patches
- Configuration changes
- Installing and upgrading of firewalls
- Installing secure (SSL) certificates

- Best suited for situation where there is Consistent flow of Level 1 tickets
b) Unlimited Shared plan Level 2 Support

- Best suited for basic problem diagnosis and resolution and situation where there is consistent flow of tickets

a) Unlimited Dedicated plan Level 1 Support

- Best suited for situations where there is good number of Level 1 tickets which needs immediate attention
